Warranty Guidelines & Policies
- Received date should be within 30 days.
- Item should be in good condition and is properly used (with Proof - Video or Picture).
- Item should be shipped to us with complete package and accessories.
- Replace or Refund should be done after item shipped is received.
- Received date should be within 1 year
- Item should be shipped to us for repairs
- All parts cost should be shouldered by the customers
- Status of repair will be given every 3 days or the soonest we will get an update through facebook message, sms and/or call
- Once fixed item will be shipped back to the customer
