At Takiyo Japan Solar Lights, we take pride in delivering durable, dependable, and repairable solar lighting solutions. All products undergo strict quality checks and careful packing before shipment. Our warranty and service policies are designed to give you peace of mind while ensuring proper product use and support.

✅ 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your product is not working upon arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Report within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Contact our Technical Support Team first for troubleshooting assistance.

  3. Product must be in good physical condition and properly used. Proof (video/photo) must be provided.

  4. Product must be returned in its original box, complete with package and accessories.

  5. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned item has been received and verified at our service center.

All Takiyo Japan Solar Lights come with a 1-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.

Warranty Terms:

  1. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

  2. Contact our Technical Support for troubleshooting and assessment.

  3. If repairs are required, the item must be shipped back to us.

  4. Customers will be updated on repair status every 3 working days (via Facebook Messenger, SMS, or call).

  5. Once repaired, the product will be shipped back at no additional cost to the customer.

 

🔧 5-Year Service Warranty

To reinforce our commitment to sustainability and repairability, we provide a 5-Year Service Warranty that covers technical servicing beyond the 1-year product warranty.

  • Labor/repair service is free of charge for up to 5 years.

  • Replacement parts (e.g., batteries, solar panels, LED boards) may be charged at cost.

  • Customers shoulder two-way shipping after the first year.

 

🚫 Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.

  • Improper installation or modifications not authorized by Takiyo Japan.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, weathering).

  • Damage from natural disasters (typhoon, flood, earthquake, lightning, etc.).

  • Unauthorized repairs performed by non-Takiyo service centers.
